This video shows how the whole project started! The idea: hosting pop-up exhibitions with contemporary South African art in three cities in Germany in June/July 2018.

BPL is proud to be associated with TTAG from the early days of the project. Attending the opening of the Hildesheim exhibition, seeing the art on display and explaining some of the unique messages captured by the artist, made me truly proud to be South African. To share in Barbara’s vision of taking South African art to the rest of the world, and sharing in the appreciation of the visitors to the exhibition was very special. Als ich dieses sehr stimmungsvolle Video gesehen habe, war die Begeisterung sofort wieder da. Die Ausstrahlung, die Strahlkraft, die seelenvolle Dynamik des Auftritts der Tanzgruppe, die Besonderheit der Kunstwerke und ihre Darstellung – und nicht zuletzt eure Energie und Überzeugung, mit der ihr all das gestemmt habt.
